Abstract
This paper outlines the basic building blocks of telematic learning delivery,
and examines three key areas: theoretical frameworks, integrative approaches,
and benefits analysis. Current practice and research into distributed learning
networks in rural S.W. England is described and an evaluation of the
effectiveness of their applications to different learning and teaching contexts
is offered.
