You are cordially invited to exhibit your company’s ICT/e-Learning related products at the Plymouth e-Learning conference this year.

All spaces will be available free. Spaces are designated in 8 foot by 3 foot units.

Vendors will need to register as delegates and will receive the following:

• Buffet lunch
• Refreshments
• Company inserts into delegate bags
• Company contact details published in conference proceedings
• Broadband Internet access
• Table
• 2 Chairs

Exhibitors will need to supply and erect their own display boards, lighting and other equipment.

For a small extra negotiated fee vendors will be entitled to present a session to demonstrate their products within the conference programme. The vendor track will be a part of the main conference programme, and the vendor’s paper will be included within the conference proceedings .

Conference exhibitors will gain access to the conference venue at 1600 hours on the day prior to the conference. Conference organisers will be on hand to assist and discuss and facilitate the exhibition set up.

Conference exhibitors must vacate the venue by 1800 hours on the final day of the conference.
