About EFFECTS

The Embedding Learning Technologies award supports the continuing professional development of all staff involved in the embedding of learning technologies into higher education, including lecturers, learning professionals, educational technologists and other developers. New award programmes are continually being developed to meet the specific needs of accrediting institutions. However, each programme follows the same set of guidelines and generic learning outcomes provided by the SEDA Professional Development Framework. This means that developers can learn from one another and build on existing expertise.

Here you can download information about the award, ongoing activities, and existing ELT programmes. Note that sample documentation from some of these programmes is available from the ELT for Developers page.
