The EL CETL’s Staff Reward funds were made available to support any activity that:
- benefits professional and personal development in learning and teaching
- relates to the CETL’s broad themes of experiential learning
- has a positive impact on the student experience
Staff Rewards have been used, for example, for:
- short-term assistance in developing teaching materials
- visits to other HE institutions to learn from colleagues
- professional training in equipment and methods
- visits to other HE institutions to learn from colleagues
- equipment purchase or loan of data of samples for teaching
- pilot studies for larger development activities
